Accept insurance (as long as you have acupuncture benefit under your insurance plan), could support direct billing if your insurance plan allowed.

We direct bill as a COURTESY to you.
Our responsibility is to take care of your treatment needs NOT to know all the in's-and-out's of your insurance policy.
Services that will not or have not been paid by your insurance are YOUR responsibility.
You will be required to pay for your treatment if we are unable to confirm your coverage.
We reserve the right to revoke direct billing privileges.
